AxoBind^TM SureCapture-pY 001 is a novel phosphotyrosine SuperBinder with superior enrichment capacity of traditional IMAC reagents. The covalently bound SH₂ domain is optimized for broad capture of phosphotyrosine containing peptides under physiological conditions preserving the phosphate on each peptide.
