AxoBind SureCapture pY kit includes all reagents, hardware, SuperBinder magnetic beads, ready to perform complete enrichments in a standardized process. Included in the  SureCapture pY kit are the following components:

1 x Resuspension Buffer (for dissolution of your dried cleaned protein digest)

The pipeline is simplified utilizing physiological pH solutions starting from a peptide digest and ending with the pY enriched sample ready for LC-MS/MS analysis.

Axoiya is actively developing more SuperBinders for canonical and noncanonical phosphorylation as well as other post-translational modifications to simplify workflows in high recovery PTM analysis.
